How Much Bigger Will My Löwchen Puppy Get?

Löwchen puppies grow rapidly during the first 6 months and typically reach their full adult size by 10–12 months.

• 50% of adult weight is reached by 4 months
• Most growth is completed by 6–8 months
• Fully grown by 10–12 months, although their coat may continue to develop in texture and length after that

Rule of thumb:
Double your puppy’s weight at 16 weeks to estimate their adult weight.

Exception:
While giant breeds may grow for 18–24 months, Löwchens mature quickly and do not experience extended growth phases.
